The writings of all spiritual traditions affirm to us that human beings have a most wondrous potential - a capacity to be filled with spiritual qualities and insights, which in turn will enable us to live our lives more fully and meaningfully: the capacity for meditation.
But learning how to meditate can be difficult on one's own. The CALM course is designed for small groups of beginners. Using a basic guided meditation, the CALM course provides an easy to follow, step by step guide that will take the learner through the rudiments of meditation to the ability to meditate on one's own.
